Didier received his culinary degree in Paris. He has over 20 years experience in restaurants in France, Spain, Portugal, England, and the United States. Most recently, Didier served as a private chef in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Barbara Ristau

Barbara is a finance executive with over 15 years experience across key disciplines in finance. Her expertise includes raising finance for start-up ventures, commercial credit and payment systems innovation. She enjoys learning to cook and is a raw food enthusiast.

Sebastien Fromont

Sebastien is a board certified psychiatrist, and was most recently affiliated with the UCSF Medical Center. He is an avid gardener and proponent of healthy cuisine.
