My culinary philosophy is simple: fresh and wholesome ingredients when carefully prepared, make not only the healthiest but also the best tasting food. I specialize in Clean Healthy cuisine which favors the use of our wonderfully diverse agriculture in the Golden State. I use only the freshest ingredients purchased from local farmers and markets specializing in fresh, organic produce whenever possible. My greatest joy is blending new tastes into traditional recipes to create sophisticated culinary combinations.

Experience and Creativity

I was born in Toulouse, France. My love for cooking began as a child. Classically trained in Paris I worked as a chef for private homes and restaurants in France, Spain, Portugal and England, designing menus and revamping recipes. Years ago I moved to America where I learned a lot about the american palate and culinary habits. Experienced in cooking to gluten-free, low-sodium, and organic preferences as well as accommodating allergies I am also skilled at dinner parties for 4 – 30 guests.
